In addition to the manuals, our videos provide assistance and, if necessary, we are happy to provide on-site support via a video call.

This depends on your needs, the boats power supply and wishes regarding runtimes. A watermaker should rather be used regularly than seldomly.

A good rule of thumb is to achieve the daily need with about one to two hours of run time so you can make up for days without production.

The question of the right product or type cannot be answered in general terms. Each type of construction has its advantages and its in the end a matter of energy supply and personal preferences. Here we address typical considerations to provide assistance.

The best care for your Watermaker is regular use and rinsing with fresh water after use. The unit must be preserved for longer downtimes.
